The scene is very good imo, so as the drawing itself ( love the legs/arms and the face ). But the color doesnt work ( especially the ground ) except for the chains which look great.

This character looks so much like the female character from the 90's cartoon Gargoyles. Did you get a little inspiration from that? It was a high quality cartoon

I'd also say the colors, maybe the lighting as well, aren't working. I can't tell if the character's right leg is in deep shadow or covered in black fabric. Also, if the light is a strong overhead, then the shadows on the body are a bit wrong--those look like the lighting is directly in front and slightly overhead.

The anatomy looks good and the body lines are quite nice. Just needs a little more finessing

A cool image. Very nice pose and I like the soft cel shaded look it has. It would be cool to see her animated with that style. The floor doesn't seem to have too much depth. Maybe it's the uniformly scaled texture it has. If the texture got smaller a little toward the back wall, I think it would help.
